Launched in 1999, the OSTABLE’s OSTAP system was invented by our technical advisor, architectural engineer Khoo Tian. After 20 years of research and more than RM 10 Million in investment, Mr. Khoo developed an innovative Lego-like building system that allows different parts of a build to be fabricated in parallel and then assembled into a complete structure. This fast, efficient, and reliable method, is the OSTAP system.
In Malaysia, prefabricated building projects have often been associated with drab, low or medium-cost housing rather than the up-market sector. However, our OSTAP system now allows luxurious homes with attractive architectural designs to be constructed faster and better.
